EMPLOYMENT

We provide counseling and litigation services for employment issues.  We offer guidance on policies, procedure, risk avoidance and the drafting and review of employee handbooks to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to mitigate or avoid claims.  We can also provide counseling on safety-related policies and procedures, OSHA compliance, and corporate safety manual drafting, review and revision.  We also represent individuals and businesses in litigation involving employment disputes, wrongful discharge and discrimination.
